Can you return products that have been opened?

  Many of our customers do exactly as you write, they choose different products and buy them to then more easily be able to get a feel for whether the products will fit your home. It is absolutely perfectly okay to open the products so you can feel and, for example, hold the products against a kitchen door or similar. However, it is important to be careful and not damage the products. In order for us to approve a return, the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.
