I want to return my order, how do I do?

  Making a return with us is really easy. With all our orders, we send a return folder where we easily describe the different steps in the return process. We have also printed out the different steps below.
  
  How to register and send your return:

  1. Start by logging in to our site by clicking on "my page".
  2. Click on return.
     • Select the order you want to return.
     • Choose which products you want to return. Enter assumes and cause.
     • Leave a message if you wish.
     • Click continue and then you are done!
  3. You will then receive an email confirming that your return has been registered.
  4. Then use the return slip that you received with your order and paste it on the same box/package in which you received your order. Then hand in the package at the same delivery point where you picked it up.

  NOTE! In order for your return to be approved, you must register your return via our website before you send back the package.
  
  As part of our environmental policy, we do not offer free returns, there is a return cost of €6 which is deducted from the amount credited for your return.
