Why have I not received all the products I have ordered?

I received my delivery today but I am missing 2 knobs that I have ordered. Did you forget to send them?

    Delivery delays sometimes occur, especially now that the pandemic and the prevailing raw material shortage have affected many industries. In such cases, we sometimes choose to partially deliver an order and send what we actually have in stock, so that you as a customer do not have to wait for your entire order when, as in your case, only the knobs are out of stock. We have absolutely not forgotten you and the knobs will be sent to you as soon as they arrive in stock again! 😃👍
