Managing my return, is it possible to follow the process step by step?

I have just registered and sent back my return and I wonder if there is any way I can follow and see how far you have come in handling my return? Then I also wonder about how long time it usually takes until you refund my money?

It is absolutely possible to follow and keep up with the various handling steps when it comes to our return handling. Every time we do something with your return, we update and give the return a new status. You can see the various status updates below:
- Created - The first status a return gets when you as a customer create/register your return online on our website.
- Received - When it has arrived at our warehouse and we will start processing it shortly.
- Approved, refunded - We have approved and refunded the money.
We handle each return as quickly as we can and as soon as we have approved a return, we refund the money. Exactly how long it takes from the time we approve and refund the money until you receive it depends on which payment solution you used when you made your purchase. Normally it takes 2-4 banking days, but as I said, it can vary.
